THE BEDROOM - ON RESERVE
$12,500.00
There’s a lot of meaning for me in this painting, though I hope viewers will find their own. The composition and choice of animals were intuitive, with the deeper meaning emerging as I painted. It was created during a dark time when I felt life was crumbling, yet my goal was to make something beautiful despite the darkness. That period ultimately brought growth and clarity.
The snake represents transformation — shedding what no longer serves us to evolve into something greater.
The wolf in the darkness represents fear, and facing it as the path forward.
The owls are guides or higher intelligence, with the wisdom of a broader perspective, seeing how challenges shape who we are meant to become.

The photo on the wall is of the Duomo in Milan, a place tied to some of my greatest memories.
This is not a negative painting — it reflects a challenging chapter, but also the beauty that can be found within it.
