"This piece was created from three original abstract landscapes which I cut up, arranged all together as one and then detailed with fine paper branches drops of colour, etc..
Many of the pencil marks made in creating the original designs for this piece are quite evident as are some of the areas that were dissected and removed and replaced with new paper or with papers from other projects. Design/architecture is a theme in this piece.
As well as the straight and graphic lines and shapes, you will also notice the more organic and natural lines and markings of distress, age and wear running throughout the face of this piece."
