Driving Directions to Canada House

DIRECTIONS FROM CALGARY

Take the Trans Canada Highway (#1) West into Banff National Park. Follow the first exit for Banff. At the Stop sign turn left and drive into the Banff town-site on Banff Avenue. At the fourth set of lights turn right onto Caribou Street. Drive one block West; you will see Canada House Gallery on the North West corner of the Caribou and Bear Street intersection. Total driving time approximately 1-½ hours.

To Park:

Turn left at the Caribou and Bear Street intersection. Drive ½ block and turn left into the Bear Street Parkade. Parking is FREE. The first level of the parkade limits parking to 1 hour. The second level is limited to 3 hours. The third and fourth levels limit parking to 12 hours. Also, free 2 hour parking is available on the streets.

DIRECTIONS FROM LAKE LOUISE

Take the Trans Canada Highway (#1) East. Follow the first exit into Banff. Drive over the Railway tracks, through the first set of lights (Wolf Street intersection). Turn left at the next intersection, Caribou Street. We are located on your immediate left. Total driving time approximately 45 minutes.

To Park:

Turn right at the next intersection (Bear Street). Drive ½ block and turn left into the Bear Street Parkade. Parking is FREE. The first level of the parkade limits parking to 1 hour. The second level is limited to 3 hours. The third and fourth levels limit parking to 12 hours. Also, free 2 hour parking is available on the streets.
